Paul Neiffer was raised on a farm in Southeastern Washington. After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in accounting, he started work at Moss Adams (one of the 12 largest CPA firms in the US).

After about six years, Paul left Moss Adams to start a CPA firm in Bend, Oregon with two other partners. Within a couple of years, Paul and his partners were approached about providing tax-deferred exchange services.

A firm was formed that handled these services and while Paul was with the firm, they opened several branch offices and helped other CPAs formed their own tax deferred exchange firms.

After about nine years, Paul and his family moved back to the Central Washington area to help run a larger plastic packaging and printing firm. This firm was sold after about five years and since that time Paul has spent the majority of his time providing tax and accounting services. Many of his clients are involved in real estate and Paul has also owned many pieces of real estate with partners.
